Hi! I am Charis
I was raised between cultures, learning early that perspective shapes how we see challenges and opportunities. My folks built stability in a new country and taught me to find direction even when conditions weren’t ideal.
I leveraged that mindset throughout different chapters of my career from finance, to law enforcement to FinTech. Industries that constantly tested perspective and resilience. In those early years, I was often the youngest, sometimes the only woman or person of Asian heritage in the room, learning how to lead with perspective.
From briefing operational teams to leading global product launches, I learnt that perspective is a skill we can build. Each chapter refined the way I thought and led. Those are now the lessons I bring to every stage to help audiences build confidence, focus and purpose in the direction they chose to pursue.
